One of a woman’s biggest stress’s is how she looks and feels when she wakes up in the morning, it can determine the outcome of her day.
Worrying about what people think about you and if they are judging you.
Wishing you could be different, always wanting to look different and never appreciating who you are.
The best thing you can do is take control of your mind and body. Be the strong, powerful woman you were meant to be.
There is no better feeling to make you feel empowered than being healthy, fit and strong.
When you feel strong and powerful, this just flows into all areas of your life, your confidence soars, your relationships, your family blossoms and your career will flourish.
In my experience this is what most woman want from life, but find it so hard to get up and start, it’s easy to make excuses why we can’t, why we are too busy, it’s too hard, that’s never going to happen for me.
I have also been there, coming up with every excuse under the sun and yes, they were all legit, real excuses, constantly bringing myself down and being negative about myself.
All this was doing is holding me back from the dreams I had hidden down deep inside my mind and body.
When I dropped the excuses and took the first steps to strengthen my mind and body, I looked at what I could do instead of focusing on what I couldn’t do. I took the chance and my LIFE CHANGED!
It was the tiny steps that I took that put me in the right direction, day in and day out that got me to where I wanted to be, I got stronger mentally and physically with every little win I had. I am getting there because I BELIEVE I can.
So where do you start right?
First, you need to find your reason, why do you want change? This is going to motivate you when you don’t feel motivated this is what’s going to get you up and keep going.
YOUR WHY, YOUR REASON is so powerful, figure this out and there will be no stopping you. It’s that something deep within, that feeling you have that just won’t away, figure that out!
*Do you want to be healthy for your family.
*You want your children to look up to you.
*You don’t want to live life with regrets, not doing things while you can.
*Lack of achievement, you just want to be better than you were yesterday.
*You don’t like where you are.
*Are you ust sick and tired of being sick and tired?
*Maybe you have a gift and you want to share it with the world.
FIND THE TOOLS THAT WILL MOTIVATE YOU DAILY.
I love motivational videos, they have helped me through everything, keeping me mentally stable and helping me stay positive when there wasn’t much positivity around. Helped me believe when I was lacking in belief.
Eric Thomas, Les Brown are a couple of my favourites, there are so many great videos out there though.
I also love reading motivational books to keep me on track, the secret was the first, but I have read so many great ones since then including (Who says you can’t? You can – Daniel Chidac, The compound Effect – Darren Hardy and The Alchemist - Paulo Coelho).
And of course, the gym; training has helped me in so many ways, it kept me focused on positive and the stronger my body was getting the stronger my mind became, this definitely changed my life.
Also, If, you know someone that is doing what you would love to do, follow them don’t be scared to start at the bottom.
Everyone needs to start somewhere. Find a mentor, someone that can help guide you in the right direction, helping you take those tiny steps and then one day you will look up and you’ll be doing it.
Being physically strong is SO important, having a strong body and a strong mind your energy will be so high, you will be able to achieve anything you set your mind to.
Also, eating the right foods with exercise, you will be fuelling your body and building strong muscles. You will get the body you desire as well as the mind.
Making improvements in your fitness and becoming stronger is the best move you will make, you will become the most powerful, healthy version of you.
