Squats are awesome for shaping and sculpting your legs. They also strengthen those glutes to help get your grind on when your on top. To build strength gradually add weight.
2. GLUTE BRIDGE
This exercise strengthens glutes, inner thighs and hamstrings, it also stretches inner thigh hip flexor. Adding glute bridges to your workout can awaken the pelvic floor muscles and reinforce the female sex organs.
The Pelvic Floor muscles play a very important part in orgasm, and keels are a very easy way to strengthen these muscles (especially when done during sex) by squeezing and releasing the muscles during sex making the experience even more pleasurable for you and your partner.
4. SEATED LEG EXTENSION
When you get shaky legs post workout it feels great right? But definitely not when your working out in the bedroom. You are spending on those legs to last the distance.
Seated leg extensions are a great way to strengthen your legs and also increase stamina.
5. TRICEP DIPS
